Case Management

Case management can help minimize barriers so you can focus on recovery. Common support provided includes assistance with organizing transportation, housing, food stamps, employment, child support, Medicaid, even legal and/or court issues. Your Case Manager will assess your situation and advocate for you, coordinate your overall care, help with insurance issues, connect you to additional services as needed, and help you manage any crises that come up along the way.
